Goods should be returned in original condition & packaging. Freight & Insurance are the
Responsibility of the Buyer.
Whilst all care is taken by Muso’s Shack in the packaging of the goods for delivery, the Buyer
should do one of the following :
1. Do not accept delivery if the packaging appears to be severely damaged. Notify
Muso’s Shack immediately of the situation and advise the delivery person to return
the goods to Muso’s Shack.
2. If packaging is not visibly damaged but, when opened, the goods inside are damaged
or do not work, notify Muso’s Shack immediately to arrange for return, repair or
replacement.
